Mother Spirit was born from the ashes, formed through birth and loss then remade with love and a devotion to the divine.
My path has been shaped by both life and death, by the beauty and the breaking. Through ceremony, nourishment and weaving the ancient, I walk beside women as they cross their own thresholds from conception and birth to loss and rebirth.
I am here to guide, activate and simply witness the transformation of women as they step onto their paths of power. I believe and know we all have within us all that we need to shine bright in this world. I focus on deep nourishment of the body, opening and softening of the heart and activation of the psychic channel to lead us and expanding spiritual awareness and connection in order to live a life of gratitude, abundance and love.
I offer 1:1 sessions and group containers for psychic expansion, I am in service of the mother offering doula and birth ritual services, I am a long term cook, coming from running a restaurant called Lilium for four years and weave nourishment into everything I do. I have a beautiful e book, a recipe substack and love cooking for post partum mumas. I share actively on my Mother Spirt substack unravelling my personal experiences and lessons in my containers.

As a psychic mentor I believe birth is a portal and pregnancy is a door to the divine. Your psychic is your guide to birthing with trust and full surrender to your potential.
This is for the mother who knows birth is more than a medical event. This is for those that believe is a portal of transformation. My mentorship is designed to be a passage where your psychic abilities, ancestral wisdom, and embodied power awaken to create a deep connection to your baby and the unseen.
Through four deep, personal sessions, we will activate your psychic, strengthen your intuitive trust, discover and clear fear from your body and bring your voice online for birth so that you birth in your full power.

Honouring the Placenta.
This service is for mothers who wish to ritualise their placenta, transforming it into medicine to support not only their well being, but the entire blood family for a lifetime. The placenta is an incredibly powerful organ, often misunderstood as waste, yet it holds profound energy, nutrients, minerals, and deep healing potential.
You will receive:
A guide detailing the wisdom and uses of placenta medicine
A psychic placenta reading via email with your placenta art woven in
Mother and Father placenta tinctures, crafted to support short term and long term health issues. Can be used for the entire blood family
Placenta capsules, offering nourishment and healing
Two A3 placenta art prints, capturing the essence of your journey
The remainder of your placenta, returned for ceremonial offering back to the Earth
I lovingly and ceremoniously prepare your placenta, providing detailed guidance on how to use it for optimal health and healing. This offering is for women seeking deep connection and medicinal support from their placenta, honouring its sacred power while providing nourishment for both mother and baby. It is perfect for mothers who choose not to have a full lotus birth but still wish to give back to their baby and support the entire family with this ancient practice. It is amazing for women who want to leave placenta attached to baby for two days and do a cord burning so the placenta can be fresh when made into medicine.
It is highly recommend to arrange your placenta medicine preparation at least four weeks before birth to ensure a seamless process. I will connect with you to coordinate collection, which we suggest taking place around day two postpartum. This is a gentle, non-disruptive experience, allowing you to focus fully on your recovery and bonding with your baby. Your placenta medicine will be lovingly prepared and returned back to you two days after collection.
Please contact me prior to make sure this is right for you.
Available for Northern Rivers women.
By taking a photo of your placenta and sending it through I craft a beautiful channelled reading for you and your baby. Connecting with the wisdom of placenta medicine, the mother, father, grandmother and grandfather lines all tell a story. The way your placenta presents can map a beautiful journey of what is yet to come. This is a beautiful way to honour the placenta, you can print this out and hang it as a reminder of your birth and the birth imprint you have created.
I go deep into the psychic to channel your reading and use my practice with placenta medicine and encapsulation to guide me. You receive this via email with a beautiful image of your placenta behind the reading. All I need it an image or a video of your placenta and your email and you will receive your reading within 4 days .
Please make sure the placenta has the cord facing towards you, with the cord attachment at the bottom of the placenta - like the second image shown in my photos, please include an image of the cord too plus any parts / clots that may have come off. If you have the ability to shoot this on a plain white surface that is preferable.
Nourishment as a Pillar of Expansion
I truely believe the physical is a reflection the spiritual. The body is not separate from our awakening, it is the ground that holds it.
When I began to nourish myself, cook from scratch and really focus on healing ancestral foods — slow soups, mineral-rich broths, fermented foods and sourdough, my intuition sharpened. My creativity returned. My emotional world softened. My channel became clear again. The body responded to being met, and in that meeting, my spirit could finally land.
Now, I see food as prayer. Every meal becomes an offering to the divine within. Nourishment is not about doing more — it is about tending to the vessel that carries your light. When the body is fed, held, and respected, the woman expands.
Nourish your body, and your spirit rises.
Are you stuck in a bit of a loop? Cooking the same thing every week, feeling over the same old meals in your rotation? Staring into the fridge thinking damn, I wish I had something nourishing, but ending up ordering takeaway and feeling a bit shit the next day?
Yeah, I was there too… until I decided to make a change.
Motherhood really opened my eyes to the magic and ease of batch cooking. I realised that cooking in one big pot with minimal, fresh, organic, local ingredients was so simple, I could jar it, freeze it, and suddenly I had a whole stockpile of delicious, nourishing meals my entire family loved.
When I unlocked this way of cooking, everything shifted. Dinner became easy. Lunch the next day became fun as I started remixing my leftovers. My shopping list simplified. Snacking stopped feeling urgent. My health levelled up. And somehow… I was saving money.
This eBook is filled with incredibly simple recipes using basic, beautiful ingredients so you can cook almost without thinking. One pot and a flame is really all you need to nourish your whole family.
For new mothers, this is the ultimate guide for postpartum — every recipe has gut-healing qualities, and most are deeply supportive for rebuilding minerals and nutrients after birth.
Above all, this eBook is about healing.
Welcome to your new rotation: 16 recipes made for a pot or slow cooker.
