We go through layers of birth integrating your birth plan into each session. We go into your fears of birth and use psychic somatics, breath and voicework to meet them and turn them into power. Labour can bring up so much emotion, it can spark old wounds to open, it is integral that the work we do for labour faces these in order for us to fully soften and surrender into the portal and into presence.
